To get rid of dermoid cysts or other types of ovarian cysts you would generally go to the doctor and do as they say. While this is something that works let’s take a quick look at some alternatives that you can hopefully use while doing as your doctor says.
Warning: Please remember to always do as your doctor says. They have your best interest at heart and know what they are talking about.
1. Going in for surgery. A very common way to get rid of the cyst as you can imagine. I recommend that you not take this route unless your doctor feels it’s absolutely necessary. There are some other treatments available that can hopefully prevent you from needing surgery.
2. Naturally removing the cyst via dietary changes is a valid approach. By changing what you eat you will be changing how your body is on the inside. This can cause the cyst to dissolve / disappear within weeks or months. I think this is a great approach especially while you are waiting and monitoring the cyst.
3. Waiting for them to disappear on their own. While some see this as a “head in the sand” approach, I do know that it works quite well. That’s because cysts do disappear on their own anyway. And waiting for that to happen isn’t exactly a bad idea.
Just make sure that you don’t regret not doing anything during the time that you have waited. If you wait 90 days and found that the ovarian cyst continued its growth then you can imagine how regretful you would be knowing you could have done something else during that time.
There’s nothing wrong with changing up what you eat and finding the best way to naturally remove the cysts too. Just make sure that you don’t do anything which conflicts with what your doctor recommends.
